I'm very glad that I was able to talk with a person instead of an automated line. However, my son who is a computer programmer, had to search to find a way for me to call. It isn't easy to find that link. It needs to be on the first page not several clicks or links, away. Thank you very much for resolving this and replacing my lost box.

Second time missing a shipment or an item

A little disheartening, this is the second time I missed an item, and this one was going to be a part of a Birthday gift. So although I'm glad it's being shipped to me, it will be coming 4 weeks too late.

BE SURE TO READ ALL DISCLAIMERS

I've learned Fab Fit Fun has a website that once you have your payment and shipping info saved, you no longer have the option to "checkout" with items in your cart. Once a sale is over, you will be charged. No wiggle room to think about a purchase. And if you load your cart, be sure to remove items if you don't think you actually want to purchase.

All my extra add ins that I paid for…

All my extra add ins that I paid for didn’t arrive snd no response from the company after messaging 3 times
They also responded saying they were going to contact me but nothing

I love the options fabfitfun offers

I love the options fabfitfun offers. The new perks are a great incentive since there will be times people dont necessarily want some things based on the times or preferences. Being able to curate our own boxes to our own preferences is great. It's a great deal for all the options as well. Discounted products and codes on items we might not neccesarily yourself nkrmally. This is a great way to try products your interested without the heavy price tag.

Refund

I was repeatedly lied to, when i asked where my refund was, to someone who answers emails. I called my bank three times upset that it wasn't there when i was told by FFF that it was issued and in all reality wasnt til i repeatedly emailed. Then Called April 2, and find out the refund was issued April 1st! So i was lied to and made to look a fool. I have been a loyal member since 2017 I dont think i will be back. Since i still havent received all of my spring order either. I know sometimes other companies are shipped separately and the dog toys still havent come!

I am so so sad and disappointed

I am so so sad and disappointed. It has been over a month since I was billed for my spring box and Addons, still my box and addons are still awaiting shipment. This did not happen when I was subscribed and got the winter box. Is it because I cancelled my subscription? Even though I cancelled my subscription I am still a customer and It’s so sad that I’m not valued as such. I signed up for the box to bring a little more joy into my life, but this past month has been the worst, looking forward to something everyday only to realize it isn’t coming. The FabFitFun box isn’t a necessity, it’s for comfort. I have gotten quite the opposite.And ofcourse I still receive fabfitfun emails, only to realize that they are more promotions and not my tracking info. I had a chat with a rep 2 days ago while she was kind, it took her an hour to locate my box and add ons. She advised me to wait. And couldn’t explain what went wrong. Today I had a chat with with someone else, Noah was very empathetic but still no explanation. I have received follow up emails asking if I need anything else. I responded to both explaining my situation. No response. This is not ok. Please improve.
03-30-2021 This is now 6 days later, over a week after my first complaint and still no box or add ons. I have had chats with several very nice customer service agents.and left several emails. I was offered a 50% discount as an apology for my troubles and I was advised yesterday that the issue is still being resolved and has been expedited, I was promised an email update within 24 hours and got none. I reached out again today and was told I had already been refunded for my box!!! Website says I am not getting a box!!! I asked for a manager, was then told that my box is still processing. Up till now, over a month after being charged, I can’t even get a tracking number!! Or when my things will ship!!! This is shameful, giving me the run around after taking my money. I am not going to let this one go. I am going to continue to leave reviews everywhere until I get what I paid for

Love FabFitFun

Love FabFitFun! I always thoroughly enjoy the products I receive and they have become staples for me. Their customer service department is also really great to work with. They helped me resolve a shipping issue and it was a breeze!

Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
